Whirlpool range; hard time getting a flame seems it wont ignite?

Some of burners won't ignite, the thing that comes to mind is that they are dirty, however I don't know any good way to clean them. Any suggestions on what it might be if Im wrong and what to do about the situation. Its only a 1-2 years old
