Isn't the Bible too violent/gory for kids to read? Should it come with an 18+ rating/clification?

Well, I agree that the Bible has lots of violent crap in it, but I don't agree with censorship for pretty much anything. If a kid wants to read the Bible, go for it. If he wants to read Mein Kampf, he should be allowed to read that too. Children are too sheltered these days...Then when they grow up and see what the world is really like, it comes as a shock.
