Is it ok to eat at 2 am? then sleep at 4am untill 6 am?

i exersise for 55 minutes a day becasue of the calorie intake i eat in a day and i still think i go over. i sleep at 9pm or 10pm and get hungry at 2 am and eat and if i count the calories to my previous day i go beyond my calorie intake then i sleep again at 4am until 6am and i don't eat breakfat when i wake up.i get very hugry in the middle of the night is thi sunhealthy and is the calories counted for the previous day? or new day?? i eat tooo much even though i exersice on the tredmil for 55 min everyday. i eat like 3000 (not counting ,my 2 am meal) calories or more everyday and im a 17 old female and i weight 120 and if i add my 2 am calories it will go up to 3500 or 4000 if im really hungry THIS IS NOT NORMAL so should i start a new calorie intake at 2 am???
