Should I Take My Baby Rats Away From The Mom At 28 Days Old?

I have a litter of 14 baby rats and everyone keeps telling me to take them away from the mom tomorrow at 28 days but they are still drinking the mom’s milk every 4 hours and I have no clue what to do? Should I take them away or just wait until they are fully off mom’s milk? They are all getting big and are eating hard food and the water but like clockwork the 10 that still feed are feeding!!!!!!!!!!
