Why do crimnals have more rights than every one else?

We give criminals every thing they want whale the media terrorizes the victim. We allow child molesters and tortures to sit in jail and use our tax dollars when we should have them all taken and shot. We allow gangs to roam free but we allow some one why pirated a video to it in jail. Why are we so kind to the criminals? Why are we so humane? What is Wong with killing those who deserve it?
