I'm a bouncer in NC and have not been informed about what to do?PLEASE HELP?

I am 23 year old male who work as a bouncer for a local night club. I have been working for 3 weeks now and I have not been told what to do in certain situations. I will be getting my gun permit next month and I plan to get a tazer soon. Since I have been working, all I have been told is to stand near the back door(6 hours). What do I do if a fight break out? And tell me other situations that may happen and what I should do/
