Hip-hop. dead or alive?

I think both. its dead and alive. mainstream hiphop is dead except for people like common, nas, talib kweli,kanye, and lupe fiasco. but underground is still good. alot of rappers like papoose, uncle murda, immortal technique, and devin the dude are good unsiged rappers just to name a few. but its nothing compared to da old skool. old skool lives 4 eva. fu*k dat new skool mainstream pop music bullsh*t
