What's the quickest way to gain XP in COD: WaW?

this other guy kinda has good advice, sure in search and destroy you get 50 pts per kill, to bad you dont get many kills, i always play either sabotage or capture the flag, and i always come out of a game with more then 1k xp, without completeing challenges
