Waht's up with the nut that runs Yahoo Freecycle Chester County PA?

This person thinks she is a god or something...she has refused all of my posts stating they don't allow people to give away or ask for a motorized vehicle...car...yet I have seen other post request for cars on the site many times. Can I report her to Yahoo? I was trying to give away a working car thinking it would help someone in my area that needs one, what the heck is wrong with the lady? Check out her freecycle site and give her hell for me please... freecycle chester county pennsylvania....and no this isn't spam someone needs to put her in her place..she thinks she is god or something..
