My ex bf ask when was the last time he talk to me?

We have broken up a mth ago...the 1st 7dys was difficult...he came got his things...we both gave hugs and kiss and said luv back to each other...then 30mins later he txt about his ring...i told him why he didnt ask for it when he came and got his things...he reply b/c of what i said about me not wanting to be friends or stay contact with his family...i told him that has change and i want to keep my ring..he said keep it...then i told him i still want us to be on good respectful term and friends and that i still care and luv him...he said alrite...but basically it was a brush of..b/c he didnt say he luv me back...so then I started the NC RULE...in between me NC to him...he txt me about the cell phone bill...phone might be cut off b/c he didn't have enough...so I said ok...I tried to see what I could do...we both have family plan...but I got me a prepaid services...b/c I was feeling he was trying to curt me off his services...basically out of his life...so I txt him back nxt day..and told him I wasn't about to help...he said phone be off after Monday...but he said it will be on his pay day...I said ok...then a few days later he call...me twice..but I was busy...so I returned his call...but no answer...he call back...ask how I was doing...he was around the way to come stop by to say hi...and then he said the phone will be extended...I said ok...then few more days later...he txt me and said he wasn't paying the bill b/c it was too high...so I said no problem...the nxt day...he txt me his new cell #...then a few days after I txt him to say hi...how are u? He reply he's fine...wup...I said...nothing..just to say hi...not to disturbed u...he reply oh...ok...what's happening...I said..everything good...he thought I was asking..but I was telling...then txt back when was the last time he talk to me...to give him a good reason...I said r u asking about that wk u call or serious talk...he reply the last time period...I said about 1 or 2 mth ago...no response back....HELP!
