Lost my voter registration card, I live in MIssouri.?

Do you have to have it to vote? I voted in the primaries and I am a registered voter, I have just misplaced my card and can't find it. Will a driver's license be enough, and if not can I get a new one today, at a courthouse or someplace in town if I'm registered?
